The Students' Entrepreneurship Cell of IBAB

Pracint (pronounced as prachint) is a Sanskrit word which means "To reflect" or "to think". Good ideas lead to good plans. However, Pracint members believe that even before ideas dawn we have to think in the right direction. The spirit of Pracint is to orient students so that they can focus their thinking in the direction of entrepreneurship.

Pracint's punchline, ThInc., appropriately captures the spirit of entrepreneurship and creative thinking. The logo of Pracint is the shape of the human brain, the source of all thinking and ideas, giving an impression of a question mark.

Vision

To promote the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst students.

Goals

1. To conduct activities that promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and encourage maximum student involvement and commitment.
2. To conduct a series of “Open lectures” delivered by experts from academia, industry and the government sectors that would expose students to entrepreneurship and keep them abreast of the latest entrepreneurial developments.
3. To channelise innovative ideas of IBAB students into successful business propositions by providing support through networking and collaboration with academia, industry and government agencies/ departments.

Pracint has an advisory board and an innovision group. The members of the advisory board and innovision group are a source of inspiration and guidance. For all the activities of Pracint their active support and guidance is sought.
