ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN ORGANIC SYNTHESIS

“ADOS” is an intensive nine months post graduate program in organic synthesis. For first six months candidates will undergo in-depth class room training for two hours followed by a lab session in  Biocon/Syngene campus on novel synthetic methodologies. The candidates will be concurrently involved in live projects.  During the last three months, This course has been designed to bridge the gap between industry and academia, to study new methodologies in synthetic organic chemistry from an industrial perspective.

Industry needs people with essential practical knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry, process chemistry, drug discovery and medicinal chemistry. It is therefore, essential that the industrial chemist, whether in discovery, medicinal or process chemistry, is aware of the latest developments in synthetic organic chemistry, so that efficient and practical methods for synthesizing new molecules can be devised
