SUMMER TRAINING AND PROJECT WORK AT IBAB

Periodically IBAB recruits Trainees.  These could be students in the final year of their Bachelors' or Masters', or those who have not too long ago completed their degree. The recruitment process is usually as follows:

  1. Please send your resume to info@ibab.ac.in

  2. From amongst those who have applied, we short-list students for a written test.

  3. One of the criteria for short-listing is the duration that a student is willing to work on the project and the dates that the student is available.  We usually prefer students who are available for 6 months or more.

  4. This test is held in Bangalore and sometimes in other cities also.

  5. Those who do well may have an interview.

  6. Positions are then offered on merit.

  7. If you are currently a registered student, we will need a letter signed by your college agreeing to keep the research findings confidential, and revealed only with your IBAB guide's permission.

  8. These positions are usually unpaid positions, and the student has to arrange his/her own board and lodging.  However, we help selected students find suitable accommodation.
