3-day Hands-on Workshop on “Single-Cell RNA Library Prep and Sequencing Analysis”
August 29-31, 2023

Target Audience: The Single-Cell RNA-Seq Workshop is designed to provide an introduction to library preparation and the analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data. Participants will learn how to process, analyze and integrate single-cell data using standard tools and techniques.

Topics covered include sequencing technologies, data quality control, preprocessing, dimensional reduction, clustering, trajectory inference, differential expression analysis.

This workshop is ideal for researchers and students with little or no prior experience in single-cell library prep and RNA-seq analysis, as well as those seeking to update their skills and knowledge.

Only 25 candidates will be selected for this workshop on a first-come basis.

Registration Fee (inclusive of GST): These fees are only for those working in India. If you are working abroad, please email workshops@ibab.ac.in for payment details.
