Hands-on-Workshop on NGS sample Preparation and Data Analysis

IBAB’s Bio-IT Centre conducted its last NGS workshop for 2019 titled “Hands-on-Workshop on NGS sample Preparation and Data Analysis” between Dec 18-20. Lead by Dr. Sreekanth Reddy for sample preparation and Dr. R. Srivatsan for data analysis, the workshop had 25 attendees from different academic and industrial outfits across India. Overall, the participants expressed great satisfaction towards their workshop experience, departing from IBAB with the skillset required to run NGS projects in an independent fashion.
