Hands-on-Workshop on Transcriptome Profiling by Next Generation Sequencing

29 participants from industry and academia across India attended the “Hands-on-Workshop on Transcriptome Profiling by Next Generation Sequencing” workshop conducted by the Bio-IT Centre at IBAB between Aug 28-30, 2019. Participants were introduced to RNA-seq library preparation followed by the latest pipelines for differential gene expression analysis. Wet lab sessions were led by Dr Sreekanth Reddy, Ms Lakshmi KJ, and Ms Linu Varghese, and data analysis training was provided by Dr Abhilash Mohan and Ms Venitha Bernard.
