PhD student Riya, working under the supervision of Prof. Shruthi Vembar, has won a travel award to attend and present her research at one of the top international parasitology conferences, the XXXVII^th Molecular Parasitology Meeting, which will take place between September 13-17, 2026 at the Marine Biology Laboratory, Woods Hole, Massachusetts, USA. The award will cover Riya’s travel, accommodation and registration expenses.
